You've probably been wondering what's going on with my adoption... it's a long story.
Ok, so here is the deal... I have been stuck in immigration for my I800a. For those who do not know what this is, it is the US government giving me permission to adopt. I have submitted twice already, and have been denied both time due to my income rate.
With me living in China, I do not need as much money to live as I would in the statues, but immigration is unwilling to make an exception for this. This has been extremely discouraging and frustrating, but God being God has made an exception! In the beginning of February I asked my social worker how much more I needed to have to be able to re-submit and be accepted. She gave me an amount, I and realized that my January income (including some one-time gifts) was over the number that she gave me! After realizing we had messed my one time gift, we recalculated my income to included my this amount, it turned out that I had $1,000 more than I needed for the yearly income! Now I can submit... well, almost...
While there is hope, I still need to get some important documents updated, including a new medical, criminal history, and update of my homestudy and of course the new 1800a. This means that I need an additional $2,000 to get the documents prepared... and all of this needs to be done right now. As soon as possible.
How to help:
1)I do still have items from my fund raiser not including the t-shirts for these items please use the youcare link to pay and just let me know what you would like.

2) I have also add a youcare link to the right for those who just want to donate

March update
This month Rosie enjoyed the celebration festivities of Chinese New Year! She loved the brightness of the fireworks and the sound of all the drums, but the loudness of the fireworks was just too much for her and she did not enjoy that part at all!
Rosie is beginning to be able to play more outside since it is beginning to warm up. She loves going down the slide and swinging on the swings. She also loves to play with Tom the dog in the back yard. She has had a great month.
The thirty-one fundraiser has been extended so if you want to still order you can. The new link is https://www.mythirtyone.com/ shop/preshop.aspx.

New update on Miss Rosie
Rosie’s foster mom wrote this update:
Rosie has had a great month, we’re so pleased that she continues to learn so much every single day! She has discovered the joy of bubbles, especially that they are quite fun to try and catch. She also enjoys her outings to help with shopping as well as going out to eat with friends. Rosie is a joy to be around. She is always giving hugs and "kisses." She also loves cuddling . I love to see her learn new things and to discover the world around her every day.
I just love the looks she gives oh and that smile does not get better then that.

The fun of an update
New update for Rosie this is the update I get from her foster home she is in.
Rosie has begun to show more and more interest in her toys. While blankets and dolls still remain her favorite things, she has become fond of taking all her toys out of her toy bin. Just today I went in her room and picked up all her toys she had all over the floor. While I was doing that, Rosie came over and stood there looking at her toys and then at me with a look of, "Well why did you do that?!" When I left the room she went right to work on taking them out again. She does really play with them. She just likes them on the floor! Small steps I guess. At least she is picking them up. She wouldn’t even do that a couple of month ago. She definitely keeps me laughing.

In other news Homestudy is complete and on its way to Life line. Along with this comes a fee I know I know so much money but it will bring this little one home for good. To a mom who will love her with all her heart and give her the home to grow in. I am doing all I can to do this whole adoption debt free. So I am going to up straight with you about my needs right now this is what we are looking at for the next couple of months. I am hoping to receive at least one grant but I can not count on receiving one so this is what my fees look like.
At this time, I owe $1922.50 to carry me through my 2nd agency fee due at the completion of my home study. My next agency fee of $1891.25 and dossier submission fee of $800 will be due in approximately 2-3 months. Before then, I will need to cover authentication expenses for my dossier which will total approx. $480.00.
So if you would pray about helping out that would be great I know funds are tight for every one. And yes the fund raise is still going I have a lot left so you can go that way if you choose just let me know what you are wanting and use chip in to pay. Rosie has been waiting to long lets get her home.
